How to Show featured image full width before the content area like in this theme http://seventhqueen.com/support/kleo/article/show-featured-image-full-width-content-area.
Isn't this a feature in themler it would be nice to have.

You need to read a bit documentation and forum. Images have this and lot more but difficult to explain now with words here. Try to use one of the prepared presets.

to output the featured image full width, on the Posts tab >> Post Image set width to 100%

I have started the adjustment from artisteer to themler and must say i had my hesitation leaving artisteer but now i see themler is a really good program.
