HTML-Bug: Pagination always showing up even with a few Posts

Hi all,

I am using Themler for HTML and this looks like a Bug to me.
The Pagination on the Blog Landing Page will always show up, even with just a few Blog entries.
I have a Site with only 3 Posts, yet the Pagination is still there.

Is there a workaround for this?
