What do you mean by CMS integration? Themler Personal allows you to export WP themes.

I have seen on youtube of real-time changes made on Themler, which were immediately applied on wordpress on the same Theme already installed on wordpress

Hello Paolo.

You have an option between using the Desktop version of the application, or the 'plugin' version for Wordpress. In order to use the live edit feature you want, you must install it onto your Wordpress site via the theme area.

With certain packages you'll receive access to different Content Management Systems, but they will all be fully functional.
When you've done making your edits on your Wordpress site, click "Save & Publish".
