But I can get discount for woocommerce if I enter license key.

Artisteer discount can be applied only once. If you want to upgrade your current Themler subscription, then open the http://themler.com/purchase page and on the top you will see your current subscription. Press the Upgrade button near it and you will see the reduced prices in the table below.
