The theme does not end upgrade to the new version

I'm with a project in html that has taken me so long, but I can not finish it because it ends upgrade to the new version of themler. I've been waiting over an hour to finish updating .... Is it normal? I can not continue working

Could you please attach the previous version of your theme exported in a .zip file with the editor included so we could check it on our end.

Hella, I tried twice to send you the zip by private mail, but reports error. How could I send him? The zip has 14 mb
