Unable to import theme into wordpress

Fresh install of Wordpress 4.6.1 and woocommerce. No other Plugins activated. I attempt to add new theme by uploading and I get an error: Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again."

I exported the theme a second time and it failed.
Any ideas?

Figured it out. Had to adjust my PHP Upload size. Was at 6MB and my file was 7.8.

Nice to hear that the problem is solved. The upload size limit is usually the cause of such issues.
