I can't install themler in win 10! Please help

When i try install: Port 12080 is used by another process. Please ensure port is free and restart installation.

Hi,

Please try the following suggestions:

Basically some program is blocking the port. Maybe some anti virus.

He did not even begin the installation, so some steps can not go ... I'm not using Themler Diagnostics Tool precisely because it is not installed. The only thing I could find was this log file in the temp folder. And the result of it is the one below:

Starting onInit...

I've tried disabling the antivirus but it does not even work well ...

Can you install Themler Desktop when your anti-virus is disabled? Have you installed in your system web-servers like Apach?

Hi,

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in response.
Could you please go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services and make sure that the following services are running there:

ThemlerApache
ThemlerMySql

If not, our developers would like to arrange a TeamViewer session with you to investigate your issue directly.

Hi Alain,

Please try the suggestions that we've posted earlier:
1. Install version that doesn't use port 12080.
2. Check the mentioned services.

I bought Themeler this morning, and neither option will install, both have port issues.
I run windows so I have no idea where to find the services.
Can somoene help me on teamview please?
