Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

I have the same problem as above and followed the advice above. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and it's still spinning with the same results as mentioned above. Do you have any other options I can try? (BTW: the reCaptcha code doesn't fit on the screen and so it's very difficult to post for a request)

I would also like this investigated further.
The desktop version of Themler is currently not working for me,
My current workaround is to do everything online.
It works, but it's a lot slower and I like having the templates I make on my local machine.

handppubs,

Could you please create a separate case and also provide a log file there for investigation?

Thank you,
