Editing a Theme on WordPress not allowed.

When I try to edit my theme on the WordPress website it says: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. I don't know what to do. This happens to all of my websites. Thanks!!

cannot edit themler

hello! I cannot edit anything in themler, it says only that the maintenance mode is on... But the appears only in themler, not on the website itself. Can I "unlock" it somehow?
