Where is Themeler for Wordpress saving my zip export

I've created a template in Themler, and am trying to export the .zip file as I always do (i've done hundreds of these over the past few years). This time, it is not asking me for a location to save...

import from zip

I try to import the zip file in themler (from file-->import from zip) but nothing show up. what do i have to do ? it is pc windows 10 and i use google chrome

I can't export template to zip under Mac

Hello, I can't export an build template to zip archive under Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. The zip file is zero kb ! I have uninstall all an clean new install same issue.

Is there a folder for the created themes on mac because the export function has a bug. So i want to try to move those themes to windows to export them to a .zip file there.
