Themler Won't Launch on Desktop Windows 10

I am trying to launch my desktop version of Themler and I'm getting the error messages outlined in the ThemlerDiagnostics.txt file attached.I looked in the Forum and tried renaming the chrome folder...

I can't export theme zip in themler mac for joomla.

when I finish from developing the theme for joomla I can't export it to my desktop I tried to fix this problem by uninstalling Themler for Mac then reinstall it but it stell cant export
