Why i Cant Use Widget Area

I already read and search how to create a new widget area, i follow the instruction but it doesn't happen like it said.

Wordpress Woocommerce Widget Area and Sidebars
In Themla there are 6 sidebars which I expected to appear as Wordpress Widget Areas but do not. How do I get widget area to appear?

Making Widget Area Smaller
Cant seem to change the height '(and width) of the widget area. I want it to be so the widget area is only as big as the "Featured Products" widget.

Can't rename widget area
Working with a Themler theme. I added a widget area but I can't rename them. But I could a few minutes ago. The names are now default to 'area-#'
