Is there a way to make the main menu bar 'Sticky' so it remains visible at the top of the browser window when you are scrolling?

Responsive Menu Background Color on Phones

Hello, how do you change this color of either the background of the active menu item or the text? I don't see any way in any settings. It only seems to be on the phone setting. Thanks

Hello, I added Horizontal menu and it's okay in Home page, but the menu didn't shown on inside pages? Why, I use Joomla and the settings in module are set up on all pages to show.
