Template for clients posts WORDPRESS...???

Is there a way to make a template formular or something like that for the clients to compose their posts for Wordpress backend? Ie, if I have a client that I designed this beautiful wordpress website...

Posts responsiveness problem

When I am in desktop mode, the space between header and slider is normal (a slider in posts) However when I go to tablet mode, the space becomes unexplainably large. What can I do about it? Thanks...

Wordpress - page containing posts in a grid has 10 posts and then paginates. How do I set it to 8 posts?
