problem with the Themler editor for wordpress

Hello, I have a problem with the Themler editor for wordpress, recently, after entering the subpage edition, I can only see icons, the rest is a white background. What should I do?

Suggestion: Use an MP4 as header

As I purchased a version sometime back now why its again asking for upgrade? As I'm comfortable using the old version ,why should i upgrade ? is the service which i was purchased going to be denied ?
