themler not loading, just a blank grey window?

hello normally i click the icon for themer on my desktop and it opens. This morning i just get a blank grey screen. It's important i fix this issue fast due to customer.

all my saved templates are gone

i was working on many templates for wordpress but after i opened themler from another account on the same computer all gone even when i went back to the first user account still not there .please help...
