Site Can't Be Reached

From time to time I get "This site can't be reached" when I try to open the Themler Windows app from my computer.

Themler doesn't open
Hi when I open Themler it keeps giving me errors. See attached files. I uninstalled Themler and reinstalled the latest version but there were to difference

When I open themler desktop version and choose wordpress template
- open the browser with the site and you can not edit - why?
If you choose a different template,
