hello .... please solve my problem ... i made a new design for an organisation and i finished it .. but after i export the file as zip .. its can't be installed ... and it says ( Unable to open...

when I finish from developing the theme for joomla I can't export it to my desktop I tried to fix this problem by uninstalling Themler for Mac then reinstall it but it stell cant export
