Downloading Billion Themes

I attempted to import a template using the, "Billion Themes", link in Themler and get an error saying only Joomla templates are allowed or I end up with a blank screen. Can you help resolve this...

Themler does not appear in the Module List in Prestashop

The documentation shows the first step is to install the Themler module on Prestashop by going to the modules & services and typing in Themler - this does not pull up the Billion Digital module...
