how do i change the colour of the links in the attached image and how to i get rid of the big work home in the image? its in the back end some where in joomla but not sure where to look

SEE Screen shot.... how do I add this into my footer for the BLUE SCREEN SHOT, LIKE THE BLACK ONE, so it does NOT APPEAR IN THE main HORIZONTAL MENU? THANKS.
