Social icon ok in Header... like my facebook. Bloc social... it is active in the module and it is graffer in the header (and footer) It appears in the footer, but not in the header, why? Thank you...

Say I wanted to have the Joomla Module Postion in the attached screenshot to the right of the headline in the header and not above it (which I do): how would I do that? If I drag it is doesn't like it...
