favicon

Hi! I would like to know how to make the favicon appear when publishing the site in html. I put the favicon on the themler, but it doesn't appear when I publish the site.

Why are my html anchor tags showing on the site as text?

I have created a one-page style site in HTML and am using anchor tags to "turn the page" by clicking on an Icon at the foot of each page to scroll to the next section using the section ID tag....
