Hi, I have a 403 forbidden when i try and same my html website. All works until i save, all permissions are good and im running php 5.6 (5.4 recommended) Please advise Mark Holland

Hello, i downloaded a blank html template and installed it on a web server (w/ apache, cpanel at site5). I get 403 error and nothing load.
