I try to import the zip file in themler (from file-->import from zip) but nothing show up. what do i have to do ? it is pc windows 10 and i use google chrome

After login in my area i download some sections pages... by "free html download" button but if i try to import zip files by function "load from zip", dont' works and i have error: Unable to apply...
