Can't click on sub menu items on touch sceen devices
I have an issue that it is almost impossible to select sub menus on touch screen devices (when the horizontal menu is non responsive view), the top menu item immediately starts to load in when clicked...

My submenu is shown behind the sidebar.
When i scroll down a bit, then it appears correctly.
