Container Margins

It seems that by default, whenever you place something inside a "container", the item has a margin or the container has padding. In my attached photo, I have placed a yellow button inside a container....

Text, Link, Hover, etc Options - Paddings

You have one longstanding bug there. When you set paddings they cannot be easy reset, just set to zero (0). Here I set paddings to 10px and it is not possible to clear them, just set to zero.
