Why won't a row go full width?
I have added a row with 1 column and am trying to get it full width. It is within the bottom sidebar so I have a suspicion that's why it won't, but, then, why are the full-width extensions available...

Full page width no longer working in latest update

HTML Fixed Page-Width Menu
I have placed my top navigation menu OUTSIDE of the header. I can now change it to page width. However, when I set it to be a fixed menu, the width option goes away.
