Can i build Themes for sale with the Personal Themler Edition? Thanks for an answer.

I need to buy Themler PERSONAL package for Joomla interface design. I think that the "Popular CMS website support" package PERSONAL no Joomla Templates. So PERSONAL package does not support Joomla?
