Error loading file
Hi.
When I try to upload a blank theme I get the error "Uploaded file exceeds instruction upload_max_filesize in php.ini"
Do you have an idea of what is this error?

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in Themler\hd_data\common\utility.php on line 35
I tried to increase maximum execution time in php.ini upto 6000 but still iam getting same error while trying to install joomla, magento, prestashop..
wordpress, DNN and drupal are working fine.
