I can't edit the footer in prestashop template

Hi everyone, I'm designing a template for a prestashop store but I can't edit the footer or change it to one of the bookstore please help.

Update - probleme with short url on Prestashop 1.6.1.18 - www.lamaroquinerie.be

After the upgrade to the release V.478 we have some problem with the short url. The products images are not showing ? Any idea ? Thanks :)
