Is it possible to turn off comments for pages but allow them on posts?

I dont see this function. Artisteer has it.

Hello, how can I remove the comments from the default Post template in Themler? I can style them but I can't delete them.

It is not possible to delete comments functions from a template. How is one supposed to make layout and style for comments on one template, and just simply share it to other templates without going...
