Themler generates a lot of duplicate CSS code
Just one example. And on many other places, maybe not so extreme like this example. Line numbers in CSS are different, just could not copy/paste them here from Firebug.
Themler simply generates CSS...

Keep to the WordPress coding standards
And register / enqueue JS, CSS files right way.
Your file version numbers (and URLs) are hardcoded in HEAD and making it impossible to remove.
Problems with: caching, JS minify, merging, PageSpeed...
