Hello Ofir,
There's no need to use different templates for different languages. I suppose that you're using one of WP plugins for site translation, like Polylang, right? In this case it's enough to translate text on slider on the same template.
How to translate text on slider. Currently Text Controls are added to slides. They contain static text that cannot be changed depending on language.
If you want the text on the slides to depend on selected language please follow the steps:
1. open the theme in Themler, open Slider control >> Slide and remove the Text control;
2.add WP Widget Area control instead and configure it: set display size, Area Name, etc.
3. follow the step 2 for all other slides. Please remember that you need to assign different Area Names on different slides.
4.Apply the theme to CMS and switch to WP admin back end >> Appearance >> Widgets
5. You'll see the new widget areas which were created on the steps 2 and 3
6. Important! Add two Text controls into each widget area: one widget is for English and other widget is for Hebrew, e.g.

In this case different text will be displayed for different languages.
7.return to Themler, click 'Refresh Content' to see the text in Themler and apply custom style to it if needed.
As for other other issues discussed before - contact form and changing language in WP admin - I'm looking forward to additional details from you.
regards,
Aileen
